As the seasons change, so do our palettes. Join us at the end of this month for a happy hour with Windfall Cider, a local cidery with a global background. Sparked by their love for each other and of Spanish cider while in Mexico City, Jeff and Nathaly turned their hobby of cider making into what became Windfall Cider. Using old-world techniques, the pair experimented with as many new flavours as they could find.
